Akemi Business School believes in continuously tracking its direction and performance by seeking feedback from all the important stakeholders.

The Institute understands and analyzes the feedback, assesses the utility and acceptability of the program. The feedback analysis and actions suggested are used for further improvements. At the end of each term and also after major events/activities, feedback is collected. The committee that acts on the feedback mechanism comprises of Director, IQAC Coordinator, and four Faculty Members.

The main objectives behind this are to identify areas for improvement and enhance performance. The committee suggests measures for taking corrective action.

Structured Feedback Collection

Structured feedback is collected on curriculum delivery, teaching processes, and various events. Additionally, a structured questionnaire is used during major events like Parents Meet, Alumni Meet, guest lectures, and seminars to gather insights from parents, alumni, and industry professionals.

Feedback from visitors in the visitor’s book is also collected. Various parameters in the feedback are analyzed to measure satisfaction and identify issues of concern. Compiled feedback analyses are discussed in IQAC meetings, and an action plan is prepared. If necessary, proposals are submitted to the Governing Body for approval.

Informal feedback is also collected as needed to ensure a comprehensive feedback mechanism.
